Featuring a vibrant retro floral print, this v-neck maxi has a cascading tiered skirt and the billowy sleeves of your dreams. With a drawstring waist for an adjustable fit and feminine ruffle details. Crafted from semi-sheer georgette rayon with a matching cotton camisole slip included.
