Hi Guys!
A brief update on what is happening at the s+m headquarters in Toowoomba, QLD. On 15th March, 2019, (almost exactly a year to the day Amy and Madeline took over the store), our physical boutique experienced a large amount of water damage... We're talking A LOT. We are on the ground floor of a three story building, and due to a blocked box gutter on the top level, the water from a particularly ferocious storm pooled down through the ceilings and walls into our shop.
This has left us with no saleable stock, and walls, floors, and ceilings that all need to be removed and replaced. It's a pretty big job, but we are up to the challenge! We aren't the kind of girls to sit by and let the boys have all the fun, so watch our instagram for regular updates on how we are jumping in and becoming #tradieladies for the next few weeks!
We have been inundated with support from customers, friends, family, and even other local Toowoomba Businesses - and we want to thank you all for your kindness and offers to help! We can't wait to reopen and have all fresh, new stock for our online and physical store.
The coming months we are expecting drops from most of our brands - including a fresh new label that we can't wait to introduce you to! Plenty of Auguste the Label, Talulah la Maison, The East Order, Elliatt, Pasduchas, Django and Juliette, Bariano, Keepsake the Label, C/MEO COLLECTIVE and MORE!
Our new label is geared to the yummy mummy and yummy nanna's of the world, and is a fresh import out of Denmark. With funky blazers, a tuxedo dinner suit, and potentially the most flattering jean in the world (plus much more), we are doubly excited to be a stockist as it caters for sizes 8 - 18! First delivery is due in June... So keep an eye out for teaser posts on our social media leading up to it!
